Atkins Diet Phase 4

Day 1

  • Breakfast: Spinach and feta omelet.

  • Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with mixed greens, cucumber, and tomato.

  • Dinner: Grilled steak with roasted Brussels sprouts and a side salad.

  • Snack: Sliced cucumber with hummus.

Day 2

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with smoked salmon and sliced tomato.

  • Lunch: Grilled shrimp skewers with zucchini noodles and cherry tomatoes.

  • Dinner: Grilled pork chops with roasted cauliflower and a side salad.

  • Snack: Greek yogurt with sliced peaches and a drizzle of honey.

Day 3

  • Breakfast: Greek yogurt with mixed berries, almonds, and chia seeds. 

  • Lunch: Turkey burger with lettuce, tomato, and a side of grilled zucchini.

  • Dinner: Grilled chicken thighs with sautéed spinach and a side salad.

  • Snack: Deviled eggs with celery sticks.

Day 4

  • Breakfast: Almond flour pancakes with sugar-free syrup and mixed berries. 

  • Lunch: Grilled salmon with roasted asparagus and a side salad.

Day 5
